Halle für Kunst Lüneburg e.V. (referred in the following as 'Halle für Kunst') is pleased that you have visited our web site and about your interest in Halle für Kunst and our services. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and we would like you to feel safe when you visit our internet pages. We process data collected when you visit our web pages in accordance with the statutory provisions, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Federal Telemedia Act (TMG).

The web pages of Halle für Kunst may contain links to web pages of other service providers to which this data protection declaration does not extend.

3.1 Server log files

When you visit our web pages, our web server stores technical data as standard in a so-called server log file. Halle für Kunst uses these data to track visitor preferences and to design the web pages suitably. The collection and analysis of hit data on our web site is conducted exclusively in anonymised form. 

3.2 Forms
We use different online forms on our web site which facilitate communication between you and us. Forms are aligned with the requirements of the users of our site. All forms have in common the fact that we only collect the personal data which are absolutely necessary to handle the inquiry or order. Data are transmitted in an encrypted form (SSL). Data which are not necessary but in which we are interested are collected only optionally. Please decide for yourself whether and which data you wish to give us. This is not associated with any restriction to our service for you. 

4. No passing on to third parties
The data collected is exclusively for internal use and the purpose stated. They are not transferred or forwarded to third parties unless this is necessary to handle the contractual relationship. Therefore, we must and may pass on your name and address to the forwarding company, for example, in the case of orders. 

5. No advertising and no user profiles 
We do not use the data collected for advertising purposes. Furthermore, we do not prepare any use profiles of our visitors. We only analyse the log files (see above in Point 3.1.). 

6. Relaying (external link) 
Providers of teleservices are obliged to notify the user of any relaying to another service provider. Where we refer to other service providers within the scope of our offer we notify you of the relay by opening the site of the other service provider in a new browser window. 

7. Processing or deletion of data 
We store your data for as long as this is necessary to achieve the respective aspired-to purpose. 

8. Your rights 
You can discontinue the connection with the Halle für Kunst web site at any time. We will provide you with information about the data stored on you and your pseudonym on our web site at any time, immediately and free of charge, and also electronically if you so wish. You have the right to revoke the consent to the storage of your data at any time with immediate effect. This does not refer to the deletion of data with statutory, corporate or contractual storage periods and also data which are necessary for the substantiation, design of content or amendment of any existing contractual relationship with us or which must be stored for accounting purposes.

If you would not like to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, you should not use this web site.

However, Halle für Kunst does not assume any warranty for the up-to-datedness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. What personal data do we have from you and where does this data come from? 
The following data in particular belong to the processed categories of personal data:
For you as a member of the Halle für Kunst: Your master data (such as first name, last name, name supplements, functions and, if applicable, date of birth)
Contact data (business / private address, (mobile) telephone number, e-mail address)
Halle für Kunst also stores the following data: that of suppliers, customers, employees, applicants and other partners of Halle für Kunst.

In principle, your personal data is collected directly from you when you contact us. In some cases, we also collect personal data from publicly accessible sources (e.g. the Internet). 

For what purposes and on what legal basis is data processed?
We process your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the EU Data Protection Ordinance (DS-GVO), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other relevant laws. 

First and foremost, data processing serves the tasks incumbent on us under our statutes for our members. The primary legal basis for Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter C DS-GMO.

In addition, your separate consents pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. A, Art. 7 DS-GMO may be used as a data protection regulation.

If necessary, we also process your data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter F DSG-VO in order to protect the legitimate interests of us or of third parties. 

Should we wish to process your personal data for a purpose not mentioned above, we will inform you in advance. 

Newsletter
We use the data you provide when you register to receive our newsletter exclusively for this purpose. We use the "double-opt-in" method. Accordingly, the order of the newsletter will be logged as well as the sending of a confirmation email and the receipt of your corresponding reply. Further data will not be collected. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for the newsletter dispatch at any time. You will always find an appropriate link in our newsletters. In addition, you can unsubscribe directly from this website at any time or inform us of your wish via the contact option provided on this website. 
The newsletter is sent on the basis of your consent (Articles 6, 7 DS-GMO in conjunction with § 7 Paragraph 2 No. 3 UWG).

How long will your data be stored? 
We delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the above-mentioned purposes. If data processing is based on consent or in order to protect our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f DS-GMO, your personal data will be deleted after exercising the right of revocation or objection. We ensure the deletion by means of a deletion concept with regular checks of the data.

Who gets your data? 
Only people employed by, or elected to serve on the board of the Halle für Kunst Lüneburg e.V., receive your personal data, and only to fulfil our statutory tasks.
In addition, we make use of various service providers to fulfil our statutory tasks. Since the processing of your personal data is primarily for the purpose of sending information and invitations, we commission service providers from the field of IT (Sendinblue, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) with the processing of data in accordance with instructions.

2. right of revocation
If the data processing is based on a consent given by you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter A DS-GMO, this is revocable at any time in the future. The legality of the processing based on the consent remains unaffected until revocation.
